If you do not wish to enroll in a CommerceCares account, please direct all questions and requests regarding your policy, insurance quotes and insurance coverage, adding/deleting coverage, canceling a policy and any other questions you might have about your policy or coverage to your independent insurance agent.

If you need your agent's contact information please email generalcomments@commerceinsurance.com with the name of your agency, your full name and policy number if you have it available.
