If you prefer to file your claim online, you may complete our online claim submission form. After completing the form, you will be provided with a submission number, and one of our representatives will typically contact you within one business day to provide you with any additional claims information.
We do not know about an accident or loss until you or someone on your behalf reports it to us. As soon as we receive your report, we can immediately assign your claim to the appropriate specialized adjuster, make all the pertinent arrangements to process your claim and answer the all-important questions such as, 'What happens next?'
